Wilton's exclusive concentrated gel formula helps decorators achieve the exact shade desired without changing the icing's consistency. Not exclusive to use with icing, this gel-based color can also be used to tint white fondant and gum paste. To color icing: 1. dip toothpick into the icing color jar 2. swirl toothpick into the icing 3. blend icing well with palette knife. Repeat this process adding additional color a little at a time, until you achieve the desired shade.
